People, Music and healthy living are his passion. After University he studied clothing design and went onto have a design company for eighteen years. After closing down his design company, Will focused on holistic therapy methods and finds the music a great form of balncing and relaxation. He developed his love & skills for music as a professional performer and teacher for mandolin, guitar and harp since 1986.

He enjoys photography and montainbiking but his passion is macrobiotic cooking as a tool to helping people to improve their health and reach overall ballance. Wills motto is: "I believe we have one life so it might as well be fun“ – so he quotes Picasso: "I do what I can't do so I know how to do it."

Susan Rosemary Hill

Health and wellbeing has to be a very high priority in Sue’s life as it gives her the balance she needs to maintain her happy, calm disposition.Sue has practiced and studied a variety of Yoga methods but with thirty years experience she is still fascinated in Hatha Yoga.Sue is a highly regarded qualified Registered Early Childhood teacher, Leadership, academic literacy and Montessori Education. She has many years of experience in child health and also Maori culture.

One of Sue’s greatest loves is the outdoors with activities like tramping, cycling and kayaking along with relaxing beach walks; this is where she gets her recreation, fun and mental health stimulation.Sue finds great satisfaction in being a host to our visitors and finds this very rewarding to share her knowledge and interest of other countries and cultures.

Your Therapist, Rita Noetzel

RitaRita Is originally from Canada and come to New Zealand in 1987, after living and working as a bilingual PA in Switzerland for 5 years. She speaks fluent German, Swiss-German and some French.

Rita completed her original Therapeutic Massage training in Christchurch in 1991 and then did a Rhythmical Massage training in 1995/96 and has been working as an independent therapist at Helios Integrative Medical Centre since 1999.

She also completed her Dr. Hauschka Esthetician and Beauty Therapy training in 2001 and became trainer / educator as part of the Dr. Hauschka team New Zealand.Rita offers various forms of Massage Therapy, whether it be deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology or Rhythmical massage. Each treatment is tailored to the clients' specific needs and outcome of an initial specialized diagnostic assessment – also as a part of the partnership with medical specialists at the Helios Integrative Medical Centre in Christchurch
